Common questions about our programs
Who is eligible to apply for the programs?
Current Bennett University students and alumni can apply to all programs. For the Incubation and Acceleration Programs, we also accept applications from external entrepreneurs with innovative ideas or early-stage startups.
Is there a fee to participate in the programs?
The Ideation Program is free for all participants. For the Incubation and Acceleration Programs, we operate on an equity-based model where we take a small equity stake (typically 2-5%) in exchange for the funding, resources, and support provided.
What is the selection process like?
The selection process includes an initial application screening, followed by multiple rounds of interviews and pitch presentations. We evaluate ideas based on innovation, market potential, team capabilities, and alignment with our focus areas.
How many startups do you accept per batch?
We typically accept 15-20 teams for the Ideation Program, 8-10 startups for the Incubation Program, and 5-7 startups for the Acceleration Program per batch. This allows us to provide focused attention and resources to each participant.
When are the application deadlines?
We run multiple batches throughout the year. The Ideation Program has quarterly intakes, while the Incubation and Acceleration Programs have biannual intakes. Check the Apply page for current application deadlines.
